MOKIMOE cannot guarantee stock at the time of order. customers will be notified of any significant delays

Delivery and Charges

All products are delivered through the Royal Mail, using their standard mailing service. customers should receive their goods within 10 working days of their order

Postage is free (UK mainland only) and sent using recorded delivery. Allow 3-5 working days once package has been sent out.

We accept orders for delivery to any global destination. Delivery charges will be quoted via email upon receipt of your order, and must be pre paid before dispatch.

Delivery costs for products that require re-delivery, due to customers failure to give the correct delivery address or customers failure to accept the package will be that of the customers.

If your good are faulty and you wish to return them please contact MOKIMOE immediately by email at info@mokimoe.com

Unwanted goods will be refunded if they are returned within 28 days of purchase and in their original condition, deemed by MOKIMOE to be still new and resellable. If you are returning your goods, please first inform MOKIMOE by email at info@mokimoe.com. It is recommended that you return goods through recorded delivery as no responsibility can be taken for goods that go missing. Postage is not refundable.

Any refunds can only be made back to the original purchaser.
